Does the miracle ever go into their hand? Can I respond to a miracle trigger with a Vindilion Clique to snatch it up?

Yes, you can. The miracle card stays revealed while the trigger is on the stack, but it's still in the player's hand, so you can snatch it up with a timely Clique.

By the way, the rules also formally require you to make this face:

What happens if player a reveals drawing entreat the angels to play for miracle cost and player b has Vendilion clique. When do you announce that the miracle cost is going to be played and when do you pay your mana? I am wondering because say you brainstormed and the second card is something you want and you have a fetch land out, can you see if you can cast the card or do you have to fetch with miracle trigger still on the stack?

That link does not answer the question. I am wondering if after I announce I am playing Entreat the angels can I fetch to have a mana more to use to pay for it. It may be a priority question...

During your turn

Miracle trigger on the stack
You have priority
Opponent has priority
You can cast spell

If you do not fetch when you have priority you cannot fetch if they do nothing before you play card. If you do fetch, they can respond with Vendilion Clique. I am wondering if there is any way to give them priority to see if they will clique before you commit to fetching and casting entreat the angels?

You draw Entreat, reveal for miracle trigger. Right now the miracle trigger is on the stack and Entreat is revealed in your hand. Since the Miracle is your ability, you have priority first after it is put on the stack. If you pass priority, then that's when your opponent would be able to cast their Clique. However, if they choose not to do anything, the Miracle trigger that's on the stack will begin resolving (Since abilities resolve if both players pass priority in order like that). During the miracle trigger resolution is when you will pay the miracle cost to play Entreat; however, a fetch land is an activated ability which you will be unable to use during the resolution of the miracle trigger. As such, you would have to fetch right after the miracle trigger is on the stack if you want to have the mana available to you to pay more for the Entreat. Otherwise, if you pass priority and they don't play anything, you will not have any opportunities to use your fetch land before the miracle trigger resolves. Sorry you can't get around Clique like you want.

Thanks for the answer. Very clear and concise.
