Echoing Truth v. Dredge

General question:

Is it worth bringing in reactive creature removal vs. Dredge (i.e. Echoing Truth or Wrath of God), outside of Swords to Plowshares?

On the positive side, you can bounce a lot of Zombies (or Goblins if you face Empty the Warrens).

On the negative side, if you have to cast Echoing Truth or Wrath of God, you are already losing and they have most likely Cabal Therapied you a few times (removing your Echoing Truth or creating new Zombie tokens off the Bridge from Below trigger, which is below your Echoing Truth on the stack).

As you said, it is worth dealing the engine, not the aftermath.

I mean, if you need Truth for other matchups, I think that's fine then to bring it in as incidental hate. However, having Truth JUST for tokens seems bad; I think Engineered Explosives would be better, since it is more flexible if you're looking to deal with tokens.
