The only thing similar to this is some old UBG Intuition Thresh (http://www.mtgthesource.com/forums/showthread.php?11638-Deck-amp-Primer-UGB-Intuition-Thresh) which was developed ( up to 2 years ago?) by Goaswerfraiejen.
This deck is really similar but drops the clunky Intuition /Loam engine for a more stable manabase and more focused gameplan(where focused doesnt necessarily mean that it has only one game plan). Also it runs all the new and good cards that UBG pool received in the last years.
The main plan is to run the best disruption tools to develop an aggro control plan. Thoughtseize, Force of Will, Snapcaster Mage all play a central role to set up Ooze (either hardcasted or fetched with Gsz) and/or Clique beatdown. I feel this deck is really flexible in the early game as can work as a normal GSZ/Order deck (ramp and play Clique and then Order or JTMS) or as an aggrocontrol build which abuses Snapcaster Mage to gain advantage on the board and win through good critters.
Without further ado, the list:

breaking down the list:
18 lands, 2 Dryad Arbor,4 Birds of Paradise and 4 Green sun's Zenith. I feel comfortable with this configuration to quickly develop 4 mana and set up for Jace or Order. It's the normal configuration also for the other Order decks such as Bant Order or Rug Order, except that those decks normally run Noble Hierarch in the slots where I play Birds of Paradise. I choose Bop over Hierarch because of the possibility to fix our mana and generate B; also Bop flies and chumpblocks delver. The deck can work properly even without this boost, but really shines when Ordering on turn 3 since turn 1-2-3 Thoughtseize is an arguably better protection than Daze for a cc4 spell.
Speaking of GSZ, its targets:
2 Scavenging Ooze: Better than Goyf, lets you gain life vs UR burn and shrinks Mongoose and Goyfs now that Canadian is played extensively.
2 Dryad Arbor: mainly here to be sacrificed to summon the hydra. Sometimes instant fetched to kill or chumpblock something. Also they let you dodge sacrifice effects such as Liliana or Innocent Blood.
4 Bop: Normally you don't really fetch these unless you are manascrewed, however, I play 4 because ideally you always want to start with a Bop or a GSZ (or Seize vs certain MU).
1 Trygon Predator. I think this is good vs Stoneblade, but I may switch to Qasali Pridemage. Might as well be an Eternal Witness or an added beater, let's consider this our flex slot.
3 Clique: You need these to protect your strong cc4 plays next turn. They also beat and nullify Stoneforge. They kill planeswalkers.
3 Snapcaster: 4 Seize, 4 Bs, 3 cc1 removals, 1 cc3 swiss knife removal, Maelstrom Pulse. And more targets in sb. I think playing less than 3 is a mistake.
4 Force of Will: We run enough blue to support it,we can use it to protect the Order or other key spells, acts as an insurance/ protection versus combo decks.
4 Brainstorm: Obviously.
4 Thoughtseize: strong early game play in general, here is lethal because you use it to setup for Natural Order. Amazing in conjunction with Snapcaster.
1 Dismember, 1 Disfigure, 1 Ghastly Demise: 3 efficient and cheap removals which can be flashbacked with Snapcaster Mage.
2 Jace, the mind sculptor: your late game plan, and occasionally turn 3-4 ''strong'' play, or the lure for opp's Fow to resolve NO next turn.
4 Natural Order and Progenitus: they give the name to the deck! Guess what, is your main win con.
Any feedback is appreciated.
