If I play a blatant thievery, can I radiate it? To be more exact here are 3 situations which I would like clarification!
First If its a 1v1 match and I play blatant thievery, I should be able to radiate it right? it only targets 1 permanent and with radiate give me control of everything. Correct?
Second, if its a 4 player game, and I play Blatant Thievery, can I radiate it. Technically it will target 3 targets but it is targeting a single thing from each player which technically still fits in the description of radiate.
Third is on the basis that the second scenario is ok. when the radiate goes off and say player 2 and 3 have 5 permanent and the 4th player has 6 permanents, will it make 5 extra copies of the spell and I get all permanents or will it only add 4 extra copies because of having legal targets for each player. I believe that I would get all permanents because it would make a last copy that would only target that single permament.
