Will this be 4 each of all 10 Dual Lands? Top 8 draft in order with 1st and 2nd getting 2 picks(9th and 10th)? I haven't seen an update for this specific tournament on the website yet.

They announced that 1st and 2nd will be 4 duals each, so not exactly. I'm not sure where the other 8 duals go (top 16 get 1 each?)
