If you're the Merfolk player and you've lost a game already, you must play on. His opponent can always forget to pay the upkeeps. If it's 1-1, it's up to the Peacekeeper guy to win the last game, even if he knows he can't lose it anymore.

I was there too! Beautiful city! The festival was great! I had an awesome mixed grill plate in one of the restaurants there. Also, Belgium has the best beers in the world!
