I couldn't find anything on the net.

The only real way to get Richard Garfield to sign cards is to find a public event he will be at and try to contact him there. He doesn't really have much to do with MTG anymore and contacting him outside of a public event just to sign your cards would be all kinds of rude.

He used to semi regulary show up at US pro tours, especially Worlds that were in the US. Another unfortunate thing about the elimination of Worlds/public PTs.

He does still show up to random conventions or such once in awhile though, you just have to keep an eye out.
