CMC of flipped cards

If I want to use my Ratchet Bomb or Powder Keg to blow up an Insectile Aberration or some other flipped card, the CMC is 0, right?

Bonus info: if you copy a Delver of Secrets with, say, Phyrexian Metamorph, the copy ain't never gonna flip even if it fulfills the requirements to do so (here: reveal an instant/sorcery from the top of your library).
