High Tide / Bubbling Muck Underground Sea

Hi guys,

short question concerning mana acceleration:

Bubbling Muck
High Tide
Underground Sea

I just want to verify how these cards work here. If I cast Bubbling Muck and tap an underground sea for blue mana, do I still get the extra B from Bubbling Muck?

If I cast High Tide and tap Underground Sea for B, do I still get an extra U from High Tide?

Revised reminder text: "Underground Sea counts as both an island and a swamp. Any effect that affects either will effect this land."

Bubbling Muck and High Tide both have a positive effect on Underground Sea. It does not matter which mana you tap for in order to receive the extra mana.
