There will also be a free lunch buffet at this event for all participants


1st Place: 4 Underground Sea
2nd Place: 4 Tundra
3rd Place: 4 Volcanic Island or 4 Tropical Island
4th Place: 4 Volcanic or 4 Tropical Island (whichever 3rd didn’t take)
5th Place: 4 Savannah
6th Place: 4 Bayou
7th Place: 4 Scrubland
8th Place: 4 Taiga

9th-16th: 1 Badland or 1 Plateau

Remember there will be a free lunch buffet on Saturday at the Duel for Duals; we will also be having the last U.S. National Championship Ali Aintrazi join us for these events and anyone that beats him will receive a prize. Other players at the Legacy event will have bounties on their heads as well. Friday Night September 7th we will be hosting a $500 FNM standard event at our Vestal location. Entrance to the FNM is $10.

So I add 50 minutes to my trip 1-way, but 3 hours of the 5 hour trip is being split 4 ways, so I only drive the gas-equivalent of 6 1/2 hours instead of 8, which is good for me!

That's if I meet up in Westchester.

If I met you guys at a spot along your route like exit 120 along route 17 at 517 New York 211 Middletown, NY 10941. Then my total equivalent travel time is 5 hours instead of 8, which of course I like the most.

It would result in only 1-2 minutes extra time spent from your car, and I'll save you guys on 1 hour of gas spent from 1/4 of 2 hours 2-ways. I save you guys 12$ in gas assuming 75 mph and 25 mpg with CT gas prices and I save myself 1 1/2 hours of gas time at no added travel time.

Sounds like we would all win from that! :smile:

::EDIT:: If you guys are fine with the Route-17 pickup, I'll call the Animal Hospital to confirm the exit number, get approval for leaving my car there for the day, and confirm the directions.

::EDIT2:: We can also set in failsafes like if either of us aren't at the location by X time, we bail and keep going without the other so we're not sitting around guessing if tragedy happens.

Great event as usual. The complimentary catered Buffet really was a unique touch that will make me not forget this event for a long time.
