I'm having trouble dealing with aggro decks in my local tournies. Decks like slivers, zoo (ooze, geese, pridemage, etc), merfolk, etc...
Is there a decent spell that will give like -3-3 or deal 3 dmg to THEIR creatures but not my own? Like a one-sided massacre?
Perish currently works, but for green creatures only (obviously). It can be R, G, or B.
Thanks

One-sided Wraths can't be that cheap unless they're conditional so you build your deck trying to dodge them; that's what you're doing with Perish. Otherwise, you end up with things like Plague Wind.
That said, the cheapest one-sided Wrath I can think of is Bonfire of the Damned.

firespout
slagstorm
infest
All very good choices without going to crazy. What type of strategy are you running? There's also pyrokinesis and firestorm

Engineered Explosives comes to mind.
On a different note, the card you're actually looking for is Veteran Explorer. It enables Pernicious Deed into any 5-mana-madness you desire.
If you're an aggressive deck, you really want several copies of Umezawa's Jitte. Possibly also Grim Lavamancer and Vampire Nighthawk.
If you're RGB Midrange...is that even a real deck??

Firespout
Engineered Explosives
Are the two I would suggest. Both have been very good to me for a great many years. The only issue with them is that the don't get around Thalia + Teeg (EE can't even be cast under Teeg), but then again, that's what Bolt is for :D
But both of those hit your dudes as well. If you need something that only hit's their dudes, you're pretty much limited to
Bonfire of the Damned
Perish
Virtue's Ruin

Marsh Casualties.
Props if you're actually going to use that in a legacy deck.

If you run small creatures and need to handle opposing small creatures, it's probably cheaper to make your creatures better than to hope for an undercosted Lavalanche.

Coolest one sided wrath if you play tokens is hour of reckoning. If you want a one sided wrath you have to tell us about your strategy. Perish, Firespout, Rough-Tumble, Reckoning are only one-sided if you "play by the rules" on your end of the table.
Anyway.. there is no such playable one sided spell. :)
From your colours is it possible to transform the sideboard into a more controlling deck, not running out your creatures and deeding the board?

If you wanna do it properly, Damnation (http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=122423).

I'm actually a fan of Rolling Earthquake, but it's another one of those rare three kingdom cards. I had some success with just using regular old Earthquake in it's stead though.
Firespout is a fav if you have the green.
As far as one sided goes, Bonfire takes the cake. There's nothing much like it.
There's a few others in black that might be conditional enough like Nausea. Some of the black ones are one sided also. If that's an interest I can look them up, though most are more mana than they are worth. You get what you pay for.
And of course using the actual color hosers ones like Perish, Virtue's Ruin, and the like. Magnetic Mountain is actually kind of nasty.

I have an unusual love for Savage Twister.
