Hi guys
Been reading around since who knows when. Any how, here's a random list I just came up with as I really wanna play black lately (been playing Dredge, maybe that's why). Works just like your regular Stompy deck but I guess this solves most of the issues with other Stompy decks (more draws w/ Phyrexian Arena, more disruption with Liliana, Hypnotic Specter, plus utility in Vampire Nighthawk). Need your input before I start building (though I already have half the deck).
4 Chalice of the Void
3 Trinisphere
3 Cabal Ritual
4 Phyrexian Arena
4 Liliana of the Veil
4 Vampire Nighthawk
4 Hypnotic Specter
2 Phyrexian Obliterator
2 Tombstalker
3 Plague Spitter
4 Chrome Mox
4 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
4 Ancient Tomb
3 City of Traitors
1 Cabal Coffers
8 Swamp

Thanks! But I am quite certain this and that are going different paths. Well, kinda...
Might want to take a look at nether void, maybe its a bit too MBC for you though.
I also see no reason for you to use Cabal Ritual over Dark Ritual. Perhaps you wanted to be cute and get around a potential chalice for 1, however I rarely see this build ever hitting threshold.
That brings us to Tombstalker. In a deck without Hymn, 1cc discard effects, or even fetches I don't understand how you expect to reliably cast him. I think you would be better off using a creature who has more synergy coming out of the graveyard since you're already playing with Liliana.
However I don't think you should really be playing with Liliana in this build. Her +1 is dead weight since you're already playing with chalice. They are discarding a spell that they couldn't cast and you're discarding something that is potentially valuable.
Plague Spitter also has horrible anti-synergy with Phyrexian Obliterator. Not to mention that it also nukes your Hypnotic Specter if it dies on your turn after upkeep.
I'm going to be perfectly honest right now, I think you just threw a lot of cards into a deck and didn't think too much about how it might play out in practice.
Your nut T1 is probably on the order of Chrome(Ex:Tombstalker), Ancient Tomb, 3 Sphere. Followed up by Urborg, Hypnotic. I won't pretend that I would want to play against that, however the random discard doesn't really seem too threatening to me since I've got 2 land drops before I start losing cards and I'm not even behind in life or cards until the second attack which is T4 at the earliest.
However if you look at the flip side to that coin what happens if the opponent kept a hand with a waste and blows your Sol land off the map?
Rishadan Port?
Maze of Ith?
What happens if they are holding dismember for your critter?
How do you handle being on the draw?
Can you effectively push you spheres/chalices through daze and spell pierce?
What kind of sideboard plans do you have? (perhaps it's a bit early to be thinking about them)
Just some questions you might want to ask yourself during the development process.

You've covered a lot of points I missed, thank you very much! Seems my deck building skills have fallen off quite a bit due to excessive netdecking
Removing the Plague Spitter, Liliana and Tombstalker... I'd say Phyrexian Obliterator, perhaps Phylactery Lich? Abyssal Persecutor more.
I want a deck that can lock out 1-2 cost spells and go for most of black's better 3-5 CMC spells. I really like Phyrexian Arena and Phyrexian Obliterator here, I just can't get a reliable sac outlet for him that isn't 1-2 CMC. Nether Void is not an option for me as it is a bit too expensive for my taste.
I have pondered over Dark Ritual, because it can aid a turn 1 Chalice for 1. However, that last 1 mana would almost always be a waste. Cabal Ritual is a bit more flexible. He can be imprinted on Chrome Mox just as often as you would a dead Dark Rit, it can help Chalice for 2 when Chalice for 1 is already there, and it can help filter your Sol lands. But yes, I am starting to think I should put in Dark Ritual instead.
I have to go to work now, I'll post more about this later. Cheers for the help!
Are you looking for good sac outlets for Abyssal Persecutor that are generally useful or something else? There is no reason to need a sac outlet for Phyrexian Obliterator because his ability is favorable unlike Phyrexian Negator. I don't like PLich because he requires you to all-in on an artifact while not bringing any evasion to the table. Obliterator has trample, and nothing wants to hurt it. Persecutor flies, and some people underestimate how easy he is to kill so they don't help you kill him. Tombstalker flies, however we've more or less eliminated him from this deck because delve is not as favorable as it needs to be. Whatever you pick as a Win-Con should be capable of winning the game on its own or dealing enough damage that your next creature can finish the job in time. Perhaps Avatar of Discord is interesting enough as a 5 power beater for BBB, using him is a bit more all-in than I would be comfortable with though. The card is really missing Haste.
The reason to run Dark Rit in this kind of build is always for the explosive turn 1, it's pretty much pure card disadvantage anywhere else. The most use for them later in the game is silly stuff like pumping a shade. I think you're better off having them as an option for T1 3sphere/chalice with the use after T1 being primarily mox food. If you had other cards that require discard they can also feed that.
4 is probably an incorrect number of Arena's. I think they will clog your hand too often and make you play far more passively than this deck would like to. It's really more of a mid-late consideration for this deck so it doesn't stall out so it sounds like a 2-3 of.
There might be value in adding a fourth 3 sphere for consistency and potentially finding a way to filter redundant artifacts. Your gameplan hinges on landing that Chalice/Sphere on Turn 1 to choke off the opponent.
Running 4 Urborg in 20 lands also scares me. Opening multiple ones in your hand or early-game could be devastating.
