So I'm going to be travelling to Japan from December 23-January 13. Wondering any places where I can play legacy (around Chiba area). Also any details on upcoming big events would be cool.

Cheers!

Your best bet is probably going to be heading into the Tokyo area. I don't know about any stores in Chiba (I haven't been there), but Tokyo is a stone's throw away and I know for a fact that they have a few stores that hold Legacy events there.

I heard Legacy is pretty big in Japan.

It probably has a big following, but only in certain areas. I live in the Tohoku Region (I'm literally at the northernmost point of the main island), and looking on Wizards Event Locator, and other than a place holding one event this month (about 200km away) I'm seeing that the closest place with regular weekly Legacy Events is 450km+ away from where I live.

Looking on that same Event Reporter, I'm not seeing any Legacy events in Chiba (For this month at least, no one has set up their events for December yet), but there are a lot of stores in Tokyo, which is right next to Chiba and likely just a train ride away.

Lucky you are! Japan is amazing, it bears no resemblance with everything we are used to see... And yes, Legacy is pretty big in Japan :)
