I've started a legacy group in Taipei, Taiwan since there is not much legacy out here. So far we have a small dedicated group that plays.

I spent a month in Taipei last fall. I went to a few stores, but Cardmaster was by far the best. The store owner went out of his way to make me feel welcome. All the players there were cool, myself and the store owner were the only ones with legacy cards though. He was trying to get 1v1 edh and modern going at the store at the time I'm not sure if that got rolling.
