My opponent has a Karakas, and in my turn I play a Karakas. Can he somewhere between me showing the Karakas and they being put into the graveyard he add W to his pool?
I think no, but want some confirmation.
Thanks.

No. Legend rule.

No. Legend rule.
Also because playing lands does not use the stack.

Also because playing lands does not use the stack.

Even then, when the rule is applied, nobody actually receives priority again until after both legendary permanents "die".

Yeah but with any other legendary permanent they could tap it while the other one is on the stack.

But for this case, he cannot tap his karakas for a W, because the other player is playing/ dropping a land. And such action does not have space for Active-non active player rule.

Yeah. But when actually casting a legendary permanent on the other hand...

Ditto if you put it into play with a Crop Rotation or Knight of the Reliquary. Once you show it into play, your opponent cannot do use the Karakas anymore.

Yeah but they can respond to the casting of Crop Rotation by tapping their land for mana if need be.

Yeah but they can respond to the casting of Crop Rotation by tapping their land for mana if need be.

That decision would have to be made at the time the Crop Rotation was being cast. If the player waited to see what land was being searched for, then the Crop Rotation has already resolved and they then can't tap for mana "in response" because their moment of priority has past.

I'm pretty sure that's correct. At least it keeps the thread alive.
