Just for future reference, since I didn't find an answer that is actually linkable:
I have a Rest in Peace in play and my opponent activates his Pernicious Deed, all cards (including RiP) destroyed by Deed get exiled, right?
RIP has a continuous effect and continuous effects apply as long as the permanent generating them is on the battlefield. RIP will exile itself and anything else that would go to a graveyard at the same time as it.

Pernicious Deed itself also would be exiled before its ability resolves since sacrificing it (and thus putting it in the graveyard -> exiling it from RIP) is part of the cost.

Now, one cool interaction would be Orim's Thunder. If you kill a rest in peace and a creature with it, the creature will still go to the graveyard. Checking for lethal damage on a creature is a state-based effect, but that will only happen after Orim's Thunder has resolved. So, when your creature dies, rest in peace will no longer be in play!

And Orim's Thunder would also be exiled, correct?

Not correct.
Non-permanent spells go to the graveyard as the last step of resolution; by that point the Rest In Peace is gone and so its continuous effect as well.

Oops, I'm sorry - yeah I was thinking in my mind that it was the same as the Lightning Bolt / Dryad Militant interaction and totally forgot that Orim's Chant also destroys the RIP.

How about Austere Command choosing to blowup Enchantments and Creatures with CMC 3 or less? If I remember correctly, cards with modes, the modes happen in the order they are printed, so any creatures would go into the graveyard since RIP would be put into the graveyard first.
For effects with multiple modes, the modes are each a separate event and happen in the order written on the card. Enchantments would be destroyed, and then CMC <3.
