There're mostly 2 versions. The UR version and the UB version. Some people call the UB version tempo, but I would call the UB version suicide.

The UR version - edit 1

4 Delver of Secrets
4 Nivmagus Elemental
2 Kiln Fiend
2 Grim Lavamancer
2 Snapcaster Mage

2 Gigadrowse
4 Flusterstorm
4 Force of Will
3 Daze
3 Lightning Bolt
2 Fire/Ice
2 Price of Progress
3 Gitaxian Probe
1 Ponder
4 Brainstorm
4 Volcanic Island
4 Scalding Tarn
2 Arid Mesa
2 Misty Rainforest
3 Island
3 Mountain

The UB version - edit 1
Joshua Cho - SCG Legacy Open Baltimore (Dec-2012)

4 Death's Shadow
4 Nivmagus Elemental
4 Delver of Secrets
4 Brainstorm
4 Daze
2 Gut Shot
4 Force of Will
4 Snuff Out
4 Flusterstorm
4 Gitaxian Probe
4 Thoughtseize
2 Clout of the Dominus

1 Island
1 Swamp
4 Polluted Delta
1 Misty Rainforest
3 Scalding Tarn
2 Watery Grave
4 Underground Sea

The grow aspect is mostly on Nivmagus, abusing storm copies. You can also abuse replicate copies, the only card I find interesting is Gigadrowse, to get pass Maze of Ith. Of course, if it got removed, you can always go for the Delver plan.

The UB version seems to do better against combo. If you watch the scg coverage on the event, the pilot intentionally "grows" Death's Shadow by fetching Watery Grave untapped and all kind of suicide moves to reduce the life total.

Overall, there're still storm and replicate cards unexplored. Perhaps there're other ways to develop the potential by coming up with the correct number of grow cards and different approaches among burn, death's shadow, and typical grow. Here're some other reasons to play this deck: with 1 island in play, 1 Daze and 1 Flusterstorm both in hand, it's not easy for Show and Tell to overcome. If I play first and do
turn 1: land, Nivmagus
turn 2: land, on opponent's upkeep, Gigadrowse opponent's land and grow Nivmagus.
Sounds pretty good to me.
