Where is the goddamn DCI banned announcements?

The goddamn announcement has been moved to sync up with set releases.

Going forward, Banned and Restricted updates will by synchronized with set releases. For each set, starting with Gatecrash, the announcement will be the Monday after the Prerelease, and the effective date will be the same as the release date of the set.

If you cared so much why didn't you know they moved the B&R list updates to set releases? They stated that that was the case last B&R list update.
