Join us Saturday afternoon February 2nd at TempleCon for our Magic: the Gathering Legacy event to benefit noted Magic artist Cyril van der Haegen in his battle against both leukemia and cancer. Cyril created the art for such cards as Street Wraith, Vexing Shusher and Circu, Dimir Lobotmist. Cyril was among the artists who graciously came to meet the fans at the very first TempleCon in 2006, and we want him to be able to come to many more!
The basic entry fee is $5 - donations toward the benefit will allow you to play for increased prizes and 100% of the donations will go to helping Cyril.
In addition to the Legacy event, we'll be running a Casual League all weekend and a Gatecrash Sealed event Friday Night (February 1st)
TempleCon is a multi-genre retro-futurism-themed gaming, literary, and arts convention held annually in Warwick, Rhode Island. The dates for the 2013 Convention are February 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
