Hello again!

Some friends and me are planning for Strasbourg this year. We'll leave from São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro on April 7, and we're studing the better/funnier/cooler route to do until our return, on April 19. The initial plan included Paris and the Mount Saint-Michel. We soon dropped the later due to its distance and our lack of French-speaking abilities, and we're still thinking about dropping Paris, too, thus spending more time in fewer places. We'll rent a car and go a kind of a circular way, spending GP's eve and its two days in Strasborg, and departure's eve at our chosen arive/departure destiny.

Places under consideration include Paris, Berna, Zurich, Basel, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Heindelberg, and any other nearby, cool place. We still need to define our best destination airport. It'll all depend on the route we'll define.

European and well-traveled friends, could you give us some sugestions and advice?

Would be silly to miss Paris if you never went, as it is only 2H30 and 75€ from Strasbourg by train. The tickets are even much cheaper (30€) if you book them sufficiently early.

You will have a great time here in europe! Try to visit stuttgart, munich and heidelberg. This is enough for a few days ;)

Take a look at the whole Ruhr - area in between Cologne and Dortmund, flights are cheap from France and it's about the same as a 6 million city.

Munich is worth a travel but pretty expensive in comparison.

Stuttgart is a horrible looking city.
