While I am not sure how good this deck, what I do know is that Wizards has continually pushed the power-level of creatures such that filling a deck almost entirely with them is less stupid of an idea than it was before. I don't know if this is ultimately the right direction to take Domri Rade in, but here is a deck I've been messing around with for your viewing/commenting pleasure.
4 Wild Nacatl
4 Kird Ape
2 Qasali Pridemage
4 Deathrite Shaman
4 Dark Confidant
3 Thalia, Guardian of Thraben
2 Noble Hierarch
1 Ranger of Eos
1 Loam Lion
4 Goblin Guide
4 Tarmogoyf
2 Grim Lavamancer
1 Sylvan Library
4 Domri Rade
2 Badlands
3 Taiga
1 Savannah
1 Plateau
1 Scrubland
4 Marsh Flats
4 Arid Mesa
1 Bayou
3 Bloodstained Mire
The idea was to make a sort of zoo-style deck, although one with a nonzero amount of card advantage (hence the bobs). Obviously the manabase is garbage but if people are wastelanding you it seems pretty good for you. Have fun.
