I love grixis. Its my favorite three colors. I used to run this in a casual setting and I would love to see what people on here could do with it to make it more viable as an archtype. LETS GOOOOO

That's also a LOT of life loss for a deck that can't win especially quickly.

what would be good options to mitigate the loss of life? i was thinking IoK instead of thoughtseoze but that still leaves bob and BB.

Not playing a curve up into the 5's with Bob. Not trying to cast 4 mana and 3 mana spells with BB and UU with only 18 lands. What does Terminate get that's made a top 16 that Smother doesn't? I guess Griselbrand, Golem -- but if your plan is to Terminate them you've already lost since they are on the board.

If you're playing 18 land in a 3 color deck with 4 drops in it, you're going to have a bad time.
