I'm pretty sure this works but just want to verify,

I start the game with a Leyline of Anticipation out and play a Hermit Druid on my opponents upkeep (I use a Summoner's Pact to do this. My upkeep rolls around and I don't have the mana to pay for the pact. Can I respond to the trigger by milling my deck, and wining at instant speed? Or return four Wild Cantor to play with Angel of Glory's Rise (from my graveyard via dread return post mill) to pay for the pact trigger?

Yes you can. Summoner's Pact delayed trigger uses the stack :)

[I] play a Hermit Druid on my opponents upkeep (I use a Summoner's Pact to do this.)

As an additional note, you will need mana for all of this, so something to the tune of 3 Elvish Spirit Guides is needed.
