ok, so the name is stolen, but the idea for the deck was born as soon as the spoiler for Undercity Informer came out. for those of you who don't know, the deck works like this:
1) mulligan if your hand doesn't have balustrade spy or undercity informer (8 copies total)
2) make sure that you can make 4 mana (1 black), or HOPE your cyclers get there
3) make mana, cast spy/informer, mill YOUR WHOLE DECK
4) dread return angel of glory's rise, returning all your humans
5) tap azami, lady of scrolls (or laboratory maniac or BOTH if need be) FTW
i played a mirror match yesterday that went to game 3. the match was 3 turns long total. i won on t1 through his chancellor of the annex with room to spare!
