After wondering about the possibility of Reforge the Soul in conjunction with Brainstorm etc. as a SB plan against discard-heavy decks with Storm, I began thinking about how far the idea could be taken. When Miracles were originally spoiled, people tried using them with Personal Tutor which - unless I'm forgetting something - never really went anywhere, but I think a Storm shell could be a good place with it.
Possible Personal Tutor targets:
Reforge the Soul
Devastation Tide (answers multiple pieces of hate, instant-speed use via e.g. Top is particularly good here)
Entreat the Angels (an alternate finisher that gets around almost all Storm hate and which most decks can't beat anyway. Between Ritual and LED you can reliably Entreat for 3-5, which should be enough)
Rite of Flame
Past in Flames
Ill-Gotten Gains
Diminishing Returns/Time Spiral
Tendrils of Agony
Empty the Warrens
Duress/Thoughtseize/Cabal Therapy
(is there a sorcery-speed Chant/Silence effect?)
Overmaster (has the benefit of cantripping, which makes it work very nicely with LED)

I think Personal Tutor stacks up quite favourably against Infernal Tutor:
- While IT lets you double up on Rituals/LEDs pre-combo, PT is much better as a setup spell as it can find any 'piece' (accel/action/disruption).
- PT protects whatever you find from discard and can only be exploited in marginal cases (Thought Scour with no Top, Surgical Extraction).
- PT doesn't require you to go all-in on the combo turn in the same way that IT does.
