Does anyone have a full schedule of when the tournament will be at each place? I live in the area and I'm always busy so I try to make plans in advance.

Unfortunately, no such thing exists to my knowledge. Your best bet is finding each store on facebook and checking the calenders there or on each store's site

+1

Finding out a week before the event makes attendance a pipe dream more often than not.

I really appreciate that these stores are holding this series, but a posted schedule would certainly help with my attendance.

Agreed. I'm not too far from these events but it's hard to clear a whole day without advanced notice.

Is there a list of stores that take part in this? Does it happen more than once a month?

Alternate Universe (http://alternateu.com/) - Blue Bell, PA

Redcap's Corner (http://www.redcapscorner.com/) - Philadelphia, PA

Top Deck Games (http://www.topdeckgamesonline.com/) - Haddon, NJ

1 tournament a month, rotating between the 3 stores above.
The April tournament will be the big one for the quarter.
As far as I know it will be at Redcap's Corner, but we probably won't find out until a few days before

It is in fact Redcaps corner next, the championship. I haven't found a date yet for the Championship, sent Redcaps a facebook message to find out. As soon as I do, I'll make a thread to get things started.

In case anyone is wondering, the championship is of course open to anyone, but top 8 of the qualifiers get free entry, and first place at each qualifier gets a bye.
