So I was reading about Morph ability from here (https://www.wizards.com/Magic/Magazine/Article.aspx?x=mtgcom/feature/87). In particular,
What happens if I use Faceless Butcher to remove a face-down creature from the game?
The creature will be removed and turned face-up, so you’ll see what it is. When the Butcher leaves play, the face-up creature will return to play. Face up. So, if it’s a 6/6, your opponent’s going to be sorry she played the Butcher.
So if I have a face down Exalted Angel and I play Restoration Angel targeting the 2/2 creature, it will return to play as Exalted Angel? I hope I am right about this.

Yes, that's correct. Any of those flicker/blink effects will flip a facedown creature.

If it is turned up in exile, will triggered abilities still trigger?

No. Those events only trigger when the same instance of the card is turned over on the battlefield. The morph would become exiled as Morph, then return as a new card face-up.
