I like the combination with Anvil of Bogardan - you draw loads of cards with no maximum hand size while they're quickly at the point where they can only play instant speed stuff during their draw step.

Well, 4 CC is a lot.

Well, control decks don't mind higher casting costs. Deathrite Shaman kind of gets you there quick, and it should be noted that it's out of Decay range.

Standstill and Vendilion Clique are IMO the most potent cards. It would go well in an UBx Faerie shell. I'd want cards that are good on their own, and not simply cards that are good with Notion Thief in play :)

Don't forget Daze, Wasteland and Stifle!
Even if they aren't played much by now they might be soon again. And as far as I know Canadian Threshold is still a deck.
Even with basics and mana elf you need at least 3 turns just to dump Notion Thief which is quiet vulnerable by the way.
Isn't it just too hard to get a 4CC consistently out fast enough? I guess, a 3/1 occasionally card advantage stealer isn't that much worth late game. At 4CC you probably want Jace, the Mind Sculptor.


On other matters, isn't Voice of Resurgence just a 2/2 for {G}{W} most of the time? A clever opponent won't let it make tokens. You would have to sacrifice it to turn it into a token and that would be a lot of trouble for a Scion of the Wild, wouldn't it?
