Hello, this is the situation: my opponent casts Flickerwisp. I let it resolve and he targets his Fiend Hunter with the triggered ability and I let him exile his creature. The question is: can I Stifle the "Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step." part of the flickerwisp ability or is that an indivisible ability that needs to be stifled when it comes into play?

Yes you can. Flickerwisp come-into-play ability creates a delayed triggered ability that uses the stack and only triggers once (see 603.7) (http://yawgatog.com/resources/magic-rules/#R6037). The Fiend Hunter will be exiled for ever.

603.7. (http://yawgatog.com/resources/magic-rules/#R6037) An effect may create a delayed triggered ability that can do something at a later time. A delayed triggered ability will contain "when," "whenever," or "at," although that word won't usually begin the ability.

A delayed triggered ability is "invisible" while it's waiting to trigger, but it's a triggered ability just like any other once it triggers and goes on the stack.
