Sometimes the red mage just wants to get his Uthden Troll on...

The objective of this deck is to have no objective. It is pure chaos.

Although, aside from trolling the table, there are several abusive combos/interactions that give you an unfair advantage. For those who are not familiar with Norin in EDH, he is dirt cheap and blinks himself in and out of play. This means you can abuse interactions that trigger when you cast a creature or when a creature enters the battlefield...

This is probably very similar to other Norin builds, except I am creature-light and incorporating the new combo of Possibility Storm + FATTY, which completely messes up all opponents while simultaneously Polymorphing your deck onto the board.

First, the deck.

Possibility Storm can be found by Gamble or Planar Portal. While this screws up every other players' plays, it has the added bonus of Polymorphing your commander into massive fatties.

There's a lot of non-basic mana hate, typical of red.
There are a lot of lock pieces that limit what opponents can do.
There is some damage-dealing mass-removal, which combos nicely with Repercussion in a creature-light deck.
Pandemonium effects go nuts with Norin automatically blinking in and out during every player's turn!
There are reactive spell copying creature stealing tricks that allow you to use your opponents' decks against them.
There are several cards that make all players cycle through hands, helping you draw into good stuff while disrupting control players holding tricks and combo players trying to assemble something.

You can do stuff like Confusion in the Ranks + cast Norin or make a Kher Keep token to steal control of opposing creatures.

Suggestions? Other card synergies with Norin to exploit?

I like the deck as a whole, but I feel that with so few creatures, Skullclamp may not be needed. I really only see it being used on norin, and with cards like Gauntlet of Might and Caged Sun, he's going to really restrict your plays so that you can needlessly make him cost more to draw extra cards, or make him unclampable so that you can double your mana. So what I would do is:
-Skullclamp
+Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
Kozilek will have more use with your chaos enchantments, powers out earlier with your mana doubling, and still draws you cards.

Yeah, the goal was just to use it on Norin or Genesis Chamber tokens or Kher Keep tokens. Red doesn't have access to much card drawing so I figured any little bit helps. You don't have to do it a lot of times. Norin pretty much never dies, unless someone bothers to use an activated ability and you can't respond by casting a spell, so I figured losing him 2-3 times to draw 4-6 cards was enough to warrant Skullclamp's inclusion. You can't abuse it like in other decks, but one card that draws you 4-6 is still pretty amazing in a monored deck IMO...

True, you can't use it on Norin after a Gauntlet or Caged Sun, so that's serious anti-synergy since you need that mana to recast Norin....

Any other draw effects I could use?

Wheel of fate isn't terrible. Unfortunately, you didn't pick a great color for draw power. What you do have access to, though is plenty of filtering. You already have faithless looting, for example, which is good, and I'd also recommend that you swap out some cards for similar ones with cycling. I still feel like norin himself would not work well with skullclamp. particularly because after the first time you use him for skullclamp, assuming you haven't already dropped a doubler, casting him again for further clamping isnt as efficient anymore.

And there's always tibalt.
