I've focused mainly on slowly extorting people and then draining them out.
There's some control elements, lots of drains and tutors and yeah, here it is. Lemme know what you guys think ;P

Looks like solid EDH cards in general. Since this is an Obzedat deck, for the life drain theme I would consider adding

Vizkopa Guildmage
Sanguine Bond

Either of those cards gets quite ridiculous with Obzedat triggers and extort. And then once running Sanguine Bond (and the enchantment tutoring power of a BW deck), you could easily add Exquisite Blood to immediately kill everyone as soon as you gain life off any extort or Obzedat trigger. Lifegain is usually just "cute", but since you're a controlling extort deck, these cards give you a win condition with reach or just a way to pad your life and stay alive while controlling things.

If you're playing mostly multiplayer, I would consider Bloodchief Ascension. It just gets counters anyway, but it's even easier to get counters if you are regularly extorting or blinking Obzedat. Once active, it goes nuts pretty quickly as stuff is always hitting the graveyard.

Oh those are some spich cards indeed.

I do plan on playing multiplayer, but i havent actually build the deck yet. What would you suggest cutting to fit those cards in?

There's absolutely no reason not to max out on enchantment tutors when you have a 2-card enchantment combo. After that, you can also max out on life-for-cards card draw since you can mitigate that lifeloss through Extort and other drain, and you can also abuse Phyrexian Reclamation.

Soul sisters trigger off Obzedat blinking and just give you a lot of life in general in multiplayer games. Cards like Serra's Ascendant, Divinity of Pride and Felidar Sovereign are also kind of silly in games that start with 40 life, especially when you have a ton of ways to gain life back and to recur creatures...

Ajani's Pridemate also gets ridiculously huge off Extort triggers (each stacks separately), soul sister triggers (same) and Obzedat blinks.

What a coincidence! :P heh

I wanted to ask about the Soul Sisters approach, because holy balls that's a ton of weenie creatures. Just the other day I was trolling some Top-8 decklist site somewhere and noticed that the first 3 or 4 decklists for EDH were chock-full of guys with 4cmc or less. I'm not used to that kind of deck panning out in EDH; is this strictly for lulz then, or is there some kind of paradigm shift in EDH that I'm just not hip to, and weenies are ok somehow. I was planning on playing *some* Extort in my Ghost Council of Orzhova list, but I wasn't going to go out of my way for it.

I think it's highly likely that you were looking at decklists for the french 1v1 format: Lack of insane artifact ramp and the 30-life total makes the decks look more like 100-card legacy singleton than "hurr durr here is my avenger of zendikar"

Ha. That explains much. All right then.

Yeah, 1v1 EDH is very different.

I chose to run weenies because Extort is way more broken with low-cost spells. You want to hit all your extort triggers all the time, which becomes super mana-intensive. May have gone a tad overboard though.

To commit further to the weenie theme, would need:
Avacyn, Angel of Hope
Mentor of the Meek
Retribution of the Meek
Meekstone
and some other stuff (Eldrazi Monument? Ghostway?)

Otherwise, I might need some more bombs like
Sheoldred, Whispering One
Sepulchral Primordial
Baneslayer Angel
Admonition Angel
Batterskull
Blood Baron of Vizkopa
