Relentless Rats! Sweet ass! Is Pack Rat any good here? Also, Patriarch's Bidding is another mass reanimation effect if you want that sort of thing.
EDIT: Spine of Ish Sah seems like a good tutor target to deal with hate cards. Triskelion for the insta-kill?

What about Ratcatcher?

Good call on Patriarch's Bidding! That gives me the option to either wipe the board and return (Death) or selectively return my rats. With 2 mass reanimations, Pack Rats looks better too.
Deck should probably add Lightning Greaves so Marrow Gnawer actually gets to activate, Phyrexian Tower to help cast expensive stuff, and Homeward Path in case someone at the table decides to respond to rats+Thrumming Stone with Gather Specimens :S
Spine could work. Would need Phyrexia's Core then. But it dodges Bribery unlike Ulamog, and having it Acquired doesn't hurt this deck much. I like it!
Ratcatcher seems a bit slow. Not like I'll have trouble drawing a Relentless Rats... there are more of them than lands!
No Trisk. If I wanted to Trisk+Mikaeus my table, I would just use Mikaeus as a commander. Much harder to assemble here, especially since my first tutor is either going for an answer card or Thrumming Stone or Door of Destinies. Also, there's no reason to draw unnecessary hate towards a friendly rat deck :)

I've built a deck like this 2 weeks ago
some suggestions ;
Rhystic tutor is poor, as gives people the ability to deny you and losing card advantage. multiplayer someone will always have mana
since you are running 30++ rats (I only run 28), use of desperate research is better as you can name rats and pluck 2-3 RR
however, sometimes it exiles your win conditions
other suggestions are like the obvious mentioned, pack rat ,ratcatcher
I would also suggest ogre slumlord and aether vial if you can afford it. sensei divining top is not really helpful in most cases :D
some other suggestions
decree of pain
cauldron of souls
crypt ghast
I like Cauldron, Decree and Crypt Ghast.
Rhystic Tutor, Sensei's and maybe Mikaeus get cut.
Ratcatcher just seems worse than Phyrexian Arena, since it costs more and creatures are much more likely to die. When you need more rats the most is when you just got Wrathed, not when you already have creatures. I like the Ogre. Suppose Vial @ 3 might be good...

I would keep Mikaeus if you are going to run Cauldron of souls. Both of them out is insane, and asks everyone to deal with it without wiping once per turn :)
I also run Attrition and Grave Pact. These with Mikaeus or Cauldron are even more powerful

another thread which might spring some ideas for you
Ratcatcher tutors a rat for you each turn (usually I tutor for a few rats you dont have in the list)
Nezumi Graverobber
Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni
maybe even your commander if it gets tucked
Terminus
Hallowed Burial
Condemn
Chaos Warp
Phyrexian Arena is generally good for advantage
Skullclamp is good when you always have a creature on the table
insane when you "clamp" your 1/1 rats produced by Marrow-Gnawer or Ogre Slumlord
or just need a way to refill your hand.
I don't play the tutors as much as you, because I dont look for answers to win. If I win, I win.
I've done 2 kills via Exsanguinate
and Akroma's Memorial paired with Thrumming Stone off Crypt Ghast and Cabal Coffers
but thats not planned or tutored, was just simply random. I've played 3 games with the rats so far so 2/3 is great.
:)
EDIT :
my updated list ;)
