Tabernacle of Pendrell Vale - current price

Hey guys, I'm new here and wasn't sure which forum to post in, so please redirect me to a more appropriate forum if necessary.

I tried to do a forum search before posting for "Pendrell Vale" but it gave me 500 threads so I gave up.

The reason for my post is to ask if (and why) this card has significantly jumped in value recently.

Perhaps my memory is failing me but I thought only a few months ago this card sold in the $200-$250 range.

I just looked at eBay and TCGPlayer and all of the prices seem to be $400+.

Any thoughts as to why? Or if I'm dead wrong and the price has been like that for years, please correct me. Thanks.

I thought it had been 300-350 for a bit, but I could be wrong.

Black Lotus Project shows it as jumping sometime recently, not sure why that would be the case:

It was indeed a more recent change. In fact a slew of legacy staples have gone up on SCG's site, namely Jace TMS, LED, Polluted Delta, Tabernacle, Gaea's cradle, force of will. Much of what you are looking for can be found here

Was 300-350 for the longest time, then shot up to 500, moat shot to 400, don't know what the "surge" cause is/was.

Pretty much every potentially legacy-playable card in Legends shot up at the same time as Tabernacle (incl., Moat, The Abyss, Nether Void, Chains of Mephistopheles.) My observation is that there is a spike every year around tax refund time.
