There is no fornat where she isnt a strong card. Legacy and modern staple as well strong in standard and vintage.

Im holding off getting copies because this card is a perfect target for m14 reprint or planeswalker deck reprint. Basically I think its a healthy card for the format and will get deflated soon. Its perfect to reprint in m14 cause it wouldnt be in standard for that much longer and its a great core set addition. It wont ever be what jace is because jace is degeneratly good and not a viable reprint.

The current "core set Liliana" is Liliana of the Dark Realms (if you even look at the M14 spoiled cards, there are even some cards referencing the Dark Realms), so I'm pretty certain it's going to be her reprinted as opposed to Liliana of the Veil.

Also, Liliana of the Veil has storyline connections to Garruk Relentless, so I don't see that particular variant of her getting reprinted anytime soon. More likely they'll just print a new version of Liliana since she's a popular character (like all the versions of Jace we get with few reprints).
