Kmc holography sleeves quality?

Just saw these and was wondering how they hold up compared to the other kmc mat and supers sleeves?

In my experience just cutting/shuffling casual opponents utilizing these sorts of sleeves (unsure on particular branding), they feel cheap. Mattes and Supers are almost definitely going to be safer bets across the board.

Looks like its a no go on these sleeves, as they have a patter on some or all of the back of the card and are thus deemed illegal for tournament play.
