Anyways, it was curious to see how in the end big touraments can be won by decks considered dead or falling stars, like Maverick and Death and Taxes. Legacy is still beautiful in this.

It was Ilya's Maverick and Vladimir's UR-YoungDelver, the interview says it all. I am glad to know them and play constantly with these guys, they definitely deserved that victory.

And I would say that if big tournaments are periodically won by very different decks and archetypes than it can only mean that Legacy is indeed healthy and various format which is great news! Be cool and play Legacy!

Of corse we split the prizes with Vladimir in the finals, as we are good friends.
The organizers recorded most of the t8 games and some rounds in swiss as well. But they said they want to add comments to the videos, so it may take some time. From the beginning they decided not to stream, but to download videos after the tourny.
