[advice] Treva or Rubinia?

Hi everybody, I am new to the boards but hoping to participate in the discussions here regularly.

I wanted to pose a question to everybody, as I am putting together an White/Blue/Green EDH deck, I wanted to know of the two choices which general would you choose and how would you build the deck around it?

The two choices are:

Treva, the Renewer

Rubinia Soulsinger

Ribena does a thing
Treva doesn't

Unless your deck is so weirdly built that you can't win without a flying 6/6 or you have some weird affinity for gaining life then I feel like the choice is obvious

Treva is pretty and is a dragon. So there's that. If you just want a cool general then I'd roll out with her. Rubina is good. If you were wanting the deck to have a general that does more relevant things then I'd choose her.
