Past in Flames + Doomsday + Runic Repetition

Hey guys, pretty simple question here. The basis of the question lies with what happens to the flashbacked cards if I play Past in Flames (resolves) and then Doomsday (resolves). Can I target the cards that were exiled with Doomsday with Runic Repetition, or do cards that have been exiled lose flashback? Thanks in advance.

Flashback is an ability of the card written onto, otherwise If you give a card the temporary ability to flashback with PIF, once exiled, the card still does not have the flashback-ability itself and cannot be the target of Runic Repetition .

Whenever a card changes zones, it becomes a completely new card. (Aside from a very few exceptions listed in the rules, required to make certain effects work.)
