Anyone have any experience playing this dude? He looks sweet and broken. I'm making him my new project. Looking for some input!

What do you want to do with him?

It's worth noting that he has an average battlefield life expectancy of negative zero against most play groups. If you want to engage in combo shenanigans with him, it's prudent to get them all done before you have to pass the turn as a live Momir Vig is often sufficient for the white and/or black player to pull the trigger on a Wrath. I have an Elfball (http://mtgcommander.net/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=15240) deck that can combo off easily without Momir Vig, allowing me to sidestep a lot of the hate aimed specifically at him, but you can use him to piece together specific combos instead of storm chains.

That said, if you're not doing combo with him, you're probably better off with Zegana as a Goodstuff general.

He most certainly is. I've never played it, but my friend has, as a sort of midrangey creature-based ramp/control deck. I couldn't give you a list, but he plays

a couple GU dudes to abuse the triggers:
Trygon Predator
Coiling Oracle
Cold-Eyed Selkie
Fathom Mage
Gilder Bairn
Jungle Barrier
Master Biomancer
Murkfiend Liege
Mystic Snake
Overbeing of Myth
Prime Speaker Zegana
Progenitor Mimic
Sages of the Anima
Wistful Selkie
Zameck Guildmage

Bounce/recursion/copy to get more triggers:

Equilibrium
Crystal Shard
Mimic Vat
maybe even Species Gorger

Some random good stuff:

Sylvan Primordial
Diluvian Primordial
Bribery
Doubling Season
Phyrexian Metamorph
Phantasmal Image
Mana Reflection
Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger

A couple time walk effects and then a few "I Win" combos:
Eternal Witness/Mnemonic Wall + Crystal Shard/Equilibrium/Mimic Vat + time walk effect for infinite turns
Mystic Snake/Venser, Shaper Savant + Crystal Shard/Equilibrium for a soft lock
Biovisionary + kicked Rite of Replication + time walk effect FTW
Gilder Bairn + planeswalkers for ultimate EVERY TURN

Since the combos are somewhat creature-based, Momir does help tutor for them. He also runs the standard tutor package, plus Survival+Genesis I think.

It's a fun deck. It has some degenerate interactions but doesn't win too fast and can just play out like a typical EDH midrange deck drawing a lot of cards, interacting with the stack and casting big creatures with flashy abilities via a tutor-ish engine. He can chain a lot of spells together via Momir, which is cool.

But Momir does have a HUGE target on him, so he plays it like a GoodStuff deck more than a combo deck, not really reliant on Momir being out. Zegana might be a better commander for that, but even getting off one Momir trigger is pretty amazing.

I was going to attempt a toolbox style deck with him like acidic slime, uktabi orangutans, elvish lyrist, void stalker, etc with of course bribery, treachery, desertion, and the other obvious G/U power cards. I would want some sort of realistic I-win combo but I don't like 4 or 5 card combos. Does simic/artifact offer up anything like this?
