Are you sure you want to pack a sideboard with only one Morgue Toad? You should really focus on one or two sets of high value toads, rather than a toolbox of utility toads. Also, the old fluctuator decks ran a lotus petal in your underground sea slot, so they could combo when they had already played a land.

Dude the toad toolbox is insane!!! They combo so well with the frogs and stuff. I can't believe I forgot Lotus Petal!

Anyways, Nourishing Shoal¡¡¡!!!¡

Why are you running Underground Sea/Bloodstained Mire?

I always liked to run an Uncle Istvan in my sideboard when I played fluctuator.

Cuz I'm dumb and somehow forgot Lotus Petal was a card. Even still, fetching out a land gives me one less dead draw when I'm about to draw my deck. Sometimes it doesn't get there but it's pretty consistent when Fluctuator sticks.

I played against some scrub on MWS a while back who was amazed about this deck, he thought I broke the format or something LOL. The guy sided in artifact removal! I just drew like 20 cards in response, played another Flux on my turn and killed him.

Played against some random who duressed a Flux from me turn 1, FoW'd another on turn 3, just to have me rip the 3rd from the top and crush skull. He raged and said my deck sucked, I literally laughed for like five minutes. Obviously this deck sucks ass but it does actually rape some decks(srry goblins <3), the Thalia variant is probably much worse tho... whatever it's meant to be a fun deck, winning with it is the best experience though. People just sit there and watch hopelessly.

I see you took my Steamflogger Boss tech in the board. Obviously you are going to win the contraption war... Seems good.

Steamflogger is a concession to the mirror match, I'm sure yall knew that though. Wizards needs to print more toads so I can get this damn turtle outta the board. On second thought, the turtle is terribly anti synergistic with my toadbox. Seeing how turtles destroy toads in RL, wait there's no respawn in RL?

I'm open to suggestions on cards to fill the turtles slot, and possibly the Nicol Bolas as well if I'm persuaded enough. Any ideas?

What about death wish? It lets you get emrakul in the board and win with a chub toad in play .

Serum Powder
I think I would trade in a Lotus Petal for another Emrakul if you use it though. Also, Edge of Autumn, really?

While serum powder will definitely help you draw a fluctuator in your opening 7, it also increases the number of non-cycling cards in the deck during the combo, thus increasing the chance of burning out a cycling slot in your hand.

More importantly, the Anurid creatures from odyssey have been retyped as Frog Beasts, so not only can you up your frog count, you can also run contested cliffs in order to kill thallids, so you don't get overrun by saprolings.

Oh my gawd, you're my new hero sir. Hats off to Slag everyone!

I've come to the realization that Bloated Toad is the best card in the deck, so he gets an upgrade to the main deck.

More importantly, I've got some frickin' zombie frogs now. Looks pretty optimized to me.
