Power Artifact

I came across a couple similar Power Artifact decks from 2011 that look like fun and I'm wondering what people think about them, and if they can be improved. Apologies for not putting the deck lists in this post; I thought having three lists would be excessive but I can add them.

Fundamentally, Power Artifact + mana generator + win condition is going to be weak because it's a 3-card combo. There aren't as far as I'm aware, any ways to 2-card combo with Power Artifact.
