EDH popular alters.

What are the most popular EDH cards that are colorless (Artifacts & Lands) that are used in the majority of commander decks? I am currently looking to make alters as such that would be high in demand for EDH but I don't have a good list. So far I've noticed Darksteel Ingot, so I've made about half a dozen of them, but I want to do more EDH popular artifact / land alters.

Note: Preferably stuff that is common / uncommon / 2.00$ and under.

I would say the most common colorless < $2 staples that I see are:

Darksteel Ingot
Expedition Map
Wayfarer's Bauble
Relic of Progenitus
Tormod's Crypt
Nihil Spellbomb
Armillary Sphere
Mimic Vat
Swiftfoot Boots
Elixir of Immortality
Mind Stone
Any of the Ravnica block signets

Lands are a little tougher. You'll probably get the most mileage out of the Ravnica block Karoos, the Onslaught block Cycling lands and some of the Innistrad block utility lands (Gavony Township, Kessig Wolf Run, Alchemist's Refuge, Vault of the Archangel). Bojuka Bog is pretty popular as well. Some folks really like the Alara tri-lands, guildgates, Panoramas etc...but I would say those are a lot less common in decks than the others.

I have seen Krosan Verge in 5c deck with old duals. People use to search for Forest/Something or Plains/Something.

It can find Bayou, Overgrown tomb, Temple garden[cards], [cards]Stomping ground. Effectivelly can give white, green and two other colors...

If you mean Mirage fetches, occasionally... They are considered to be "poor man's" fetchlands. They see play in budget decks.
