This is a very rough first draft, but I feel like it has some potential. If you have buried alive/intuition with a zombie infestation, you grab 3 squees and start pumping out zombies. If you dont, you grab 3 bloodghasts and start dishing some beats. Thoughtseize and cabal therapy keeps everything fair, and you have plenty of perfect sac targets. Undead Gladiator with squee is cute, and can get some card advantage in a grindier game, though it might get cut. Vengeful Pharoah is another cute thing that might get cut, but they never see it coming when they swing in with a goyf expecting you to chump block with a token, and instead you discard your pharoah and pop the goyf for good. You can also intuition for it in response to a similar affect. It also kills emrakul

Suggestions are welcome and appreciated!

4 Buried alive
4 Intuition
4 Brainstorm

4 Thoughtseize
4 Cabal Therapy

4 Zombie Infestation

1 Ghastly Demise

4 Bloodghast
4 Squee, Goblin Nabob
2 Krovikan Horror
1 Vengeful Pharaoh
1 Undead Gladiator

4 Ancient Tomb
2 City of Traitors
4 Polluted Delta
4 Bloodstained Mire
4 Underground Sea
3 Swamp
1 Undiscovered Paradise

What is your gameplan if you don't open up a hand with Zombie Infestation or it gets countered? Beatdown with Ghasts and Squee? Also, Zombie Infestation in addition to 3 Squees nets you two 2/2 Zombies each turn in case you discard your drawn card too. I doubt that this is enough. You setup Zombie Infestation Turn 2 best case, then bury your Goblins alive turn 3 and start your engine turn 4. Isn't this really slow for you?

Makes sense. I've always wanted to do something with zombie infestation, but I get your point. What about something more like this:

4 Buried alive
4 Intuition

2 Thoughtseize
4 Cabal Therapy

4 Street Wraith
4 Bloodghast
4 Ashen Ghoul
4 Nether Shadow
2 Stinkweed Imp
1 Krovikan Horror
1 Vengeful Pharaoh
1 Undead Gladiator

4 Ancient Tomb
2 City of Traitors
4 Polluted Delta
4 Bloodstained Mire
3 Underground Sea
3 Swamp
1 Undiscovered Paradise
1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth

without zombie infestation the deck is sooo weak. Even with it, it's too slow. The following cards are being played in increasing amounts.

scavenging ooze
Deathrite shaman
Rest in Peace

Also, demigod of revenge is a great intuition target if your playing mono black.

Unfortunately 2/2 creatures without haste are not very threatening.

blood moon / magus of the moon might help

this meta is clearly the wrong time for the deck.

this deck seems like it would be much better in modern. Although if you are going to play modern, you might as well just play jund....as recent results have shown.

I know this isnt a tier 1 deck, and I'm aware of the hate cards. I'm just trying something different.

Looks like a fun idea. Although I don't have experience with Zombie Infestation, I do with Reanimator and Shelldock, and this... it follows the same concept, except here instead of "just winning" you still need to power through to get the win. That isn't to say it's not doable.

IMHO, what you really need to do is drop the Sol Lands and just go all-in combo approach. The deck begs for dark ritual, too, I know this 'cause I used to run Burried Alive and Intuition in Reanimator, you want this card. I would even splash Red for faithless looting and maybe Goblin Bombardment as an alt-win if you have access to badlands, this card is really good, and it will make an army of 2/2 dorks very dangerous.

B/u/r

+4 Dark Ritual
+4 Lotus Petal
+4 Faithless Looting
+1-3 Goblin Bombardment

-6 Sol Lands, they dont work in this deck, maybe if you ran Chalice it'd make sense
-All the bad black creatures, keep bloodghasts and Squees and maybe the Pharoah
+4 can't remember name, but newer 2/1 zombie that recurs is pretty legit
+4 Dark Confidant? because why not, he's friggn good, and you need CA if ever you have to fight countermagic you can't just fall over dead after turn 3

Maybe you can guage based on your opening hand. No Zombie Infestation, go for Ritual-->Buried Alive-->Bloodghasts. Zombie Infestation turn 1-2? Maybe go for Buried Alive/Intuition-->Squees, or a combination.

I suggest Blood Scrivener instead of Bob in this deck. It has some synergy with Gravecrawler and Zombie Infestation

I'm not sure if a Green splash may be better than the red, for better hate cards in the board (Abrupt Decay and Ground Seal, for one.)

Those are good ideas too.

I mean, not to be a negative nancy, but even assuming the best case scenarion: nobody even bothers with gy hate, I just see SO many possibilities of this failing... like...

1) You get Infestation out, drop a couple of bears out on field. Next turn opponent destroys Infestation, you're now stuck with a hand full of Squees and a couple bear dorks.
2) You mass an army of 8x 2/2's, opponent has Batterskull and a couple blockers, next turn he Maelstrom's or Echoing Truth your tokens and kills you in 2 turns.
3) You Ritual-->Buried Alive and get 3 Bloodghasts turn 2, your opponent plays a goyf. TUrn 3 you swing with them, opponent StP's one and blocks other with Goyf, you're now pretty much dead in water since opponent has total control over this game.
4) Pretty much any Goblins, rival Reanimator or Combo will outrace you.

5) They DO bring in gy hate, and you lose either way.

Maybe I'm not giving deck enough credit, but without Equipment or anything like that, there isn't really anything that basic Pulses or pyroclasms can't easily solve for them. I think more thought needs to be put into the WIN condition for the deck vs cute card synergy.
