finding local GPT's?

So I live in Houston and I'm trying to figure out how this whole bye's thing works for the Legacy GP in DC (november).

Can I go to any GPT or does it have to be one specific for gp:dc? Is there a site I can go to that lists all the GPT's for the gp's?

It has to be a GPT for DC and you can use the Event Locator (locator.wizards.com) to find it.
