I've been brewing on ComboElves in EDH/Commander for while. It's still room for improvement, but I think I got something that pretty strong. I've played a few times, combing out in turn 4-6 in the majority of the games.

Card Choices
Karona, False God supports plan B by pumping my whole team and alpha strike a singel opponent for lethal damage.
Dauntless Escort doesn't support combo in any way but are inclueded simply to save my team from a sweeper. He is easy to tutor for being a green creature.
Ranger of Eos is a tutor. Usally he gets Wirewood Symbiote or Seedcradle Witch to complete a combo.
Lands
I want (allmost) all my lands to produce green and come into play untapped, as turn 1 green mana is really important. In addition some cards require forest, so as many forests as possible is preferd.
Underground Sea is inclued as the only dual that doesn't produce green as blue and black are my secoundary and tertiary colours. It's pretty good to fetch this after you have a basic forest in play.
Murmuring Bosk is tested as it is a forest. It will come into play tapped most of the time, so I'm not completly shure about it being included.
Flooded Grove There are some cards with double blue in their cost, Flooded Grove makes casting them much easier.
Twilight Mire Same reason as above.
Combos
Seedcradle Witch-Combos
Seedcradle Witch + Wirewood Channeler + 2 other elves + 1 white or green mana = Infinite large Wirewood Channeler
Seedcradle Witch + Wirewood Channeler + 3 or more other elves + 1 white or green mana = Infinite mana and Infinite large elves.
Seedcradle Witch + Skyshroud Elf + Priest of Titania or Elvish Archdruid + 1 other elf = Infinite large Priest of Titania or Elvish Archdruid
Seedcradle Witch + Skyshroud Elf + Priest of Titania or Elvish Archdruid + 2 other elves = Infinite mana and Infinite large elves.
Seedcradle Witch + Skyshroud Elf + Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary + 4 forests in play = Infinite large Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary
Seedcradle Witch + Skyshroud Elf + Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary + 5 or more forests in play = Infinite mana and Infinite large elves.
Aggravated Assault-Combos
Basically the same as the Seedcradle Witch-Combos.
Mirror Entity + Wirewood Symbiote
With Mirror Entity you can turn Wirewood Symbiote into an Elf for 1 mana. Then you can return the Wirewood Symbiote to hand to untap an Elf. For 1G you get infinite Wirewood Symbiote triggers. If you have an Elf that taps for 3 mana or more you get infinite mana.
Mirror Entity + Wirewood Symbiote + Priest of Titania / Elvish Archdruid + 1 other elf in play = Infinite green mana
Mirror Entity + Wirewood Symbiote + Rofellos, Llanowar Emissary + 3 or more forests in play = Infinite green mana
Mirror Entity + Wirewood Symbiote + Jorarga Treespeaker + Birchlore Ranger + Nettle Senitinel= Infinite mana of any color
You can use Birchlore Ranger to filter mana to any color once you have infinite green mana. If you have Birchlore Ranger and Nettle Sentinel you only need an elf that taps for 2. You do this by tap the elf for 2, activate Mirror Entity for 1, tap Nettle Sentinel and Wirewood Symbiote (he's now an elf) for mana, return Wirewood Symbiote to hand to untap elf that taps for 2. Play Wirewood Symbiote and untap Nettle Sentinel. You have netted one mana of any color. Repeat.
Intruder Alarm
With Intruder Alarm in play you’ll net mana for almost any elf you play. This is typically very good with Glimpse or Beck//Call (work the same way as old Combo Elves in Extended). If you have Equillibrim or Cloudstone Curio in addition you can play the same elves over and over again for infinite mana.
With a mana-elf and Imperious Perfect you can make infinite tokens.
Equillibrim, Cloudstone Curio and Haste (Concordant Crossroads etc)
With 2 elfs that taps for mana you can generate infinite storm with Cloudstone Curio by repeating "play and tap for mana and bounce the other". If one of them taps for more mana then it costs to play you get infinite mana. You can do the same thing with Equillibrim for 2 more mana (1 extra mana pr creature).
Recycle and Null Profusion
Recycle and Null Profusion can sometimes lock yourself out if you’re careless or your opponent discards your hand.
Remember that you can return a Forest or an Elf to hand with Quirion Ranger or Wirewood Symbiote and play it again to trigger Recycle or Null Profusion again.
If you play Reliquary Tower after Recycle or Null Profusion you’ll no longer limited to two cards in hand. Due to timestamp this doesn’t work if you play the cards in the opposite order.
Disruption
Abrupt Decay and Beast Within are there to handle troublesome permanent. Remember that Equillibrium can bounce opponents creatures as well.
Protection
Concordant Crossroads or Fires of Yavimaya allow you to attack the same turn you combo, so sorcery speed removal (Wrath etc) can't stop you. Eldrazi Monument supports the alternative beatdown plan, and protect your elves against most removal. Dauntless Escort protect your elves in a simular way Eldrazi Monument against a singel boardsweep, but it's much easier to tutor for and easier to cast.
Game Reports
Dual against Rafiq of the Many goodstuff
I start with Forest and a mana dork.
He drops Hallowed Fountain tapped.
I play Seedcradle Witch and some other random Elf.
He play a land and a Stoneforge Mystic fetching Sword of Fire and Ice.
I draw a Priest of Titania and play it.
He misses a land drop and send turn back to me holding mana open for SFM.
On my turn I tutor for Skyshroud Elf, but don't have enough mana to play it and start the combo. Instead i keep Priest of Titania and white source open to pump a single creature against an equipped SFM. At end of my turn he activates SFM.
He don't draw anything relevant on his turn. He eqip the SFM and attack, but I simply block it with an elf pumped with Seedcradle Witch.
On my next (5th) turn I combo and attack for infinite.
5 Player pod (Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, Vendillion Clique, Rafiq of the Many, Rhys the Redeemed)
I'm the starting player. Got lucky with the dice for once
Open 7 is Fetch, Elvish Mystic, Elvish Archdruid, Equilibrium and something. I keep hoping to draw my second land within the next few turns. I play fetch for Tropical Island and play Elvish Mystic. Everyone else play land go, except Rafiq who also play Tropical Elvish Mystic and Rhys who played his Commander. I draw a land and play Archdruid. All other players do stuff that don't concern me except the Rafiq player who play Sword of Fire and Ice on his secound turn. I can't allow him to have an active SoFI and I'm not ready to combo off yet. On my turn I play Eqillibrium and then a Skyshroud Elf and bounce the Rafiq players only creature (Elvish Mystic). The other players keep seting up their game with ramp, card draw etc; and don't seem to care so much about the "fight" between me and the Rafiq player. The Rafiq player plays the Elvish Mystic again. I recall him not equipping it, so I guess he missed a land drop.
On my turn I play Intruder Alarm. Vendillion Clique plays his Commander in response and takes my Glimpse of Nature. Intruder Alarm resolves. I tap all my elfs and play Ezuri, Renegade Leader and bounce the Elvish Mystic again. Now the other players start notice my board... I only have 2 cards left in hand, Concordant Crossroads and something random. Rhys and Jarad doesn't do anything relevant for me. Vendillion Clique steals Ezuri with Controll Magic, Rafiq plays Elvish Mystic for the 3rd time and equip it with SoFI.
On my turn I draw an Elf. I tap all my elves, play it, bounce Elvish Mystic with Equillibrium and untap all my elves. I tap all my elves, play Elvish Mystic, bounce Skyshroud Elf, untap all my elves. I play Concordant Crossroads. Now I can start loop Elvish Mystic and Skyshroud Elf for Infinite G,W and R mana. I end the loop by bouncing the Ezuri that was stolen to my hand. I play it, activate it a million times and split my team to attak each player for millions of trample damage. Killing the whole table in my 5th turn.
