Hello! So I decided to split this thread from my old Balls of Steel thread, as the two decks were pretty vastly different (though they both relied on curving out a 2-drop Turn 1). So the idea of this deck is to drop a game-changing two-drop Turn 1 and see if your opponent can deal with it, or not. It runs a similar creature base to Stoneblade (Conf and SFM), but it's a little faster, runs Thoughtcast, and even worse, has Thopter Combo. Which, of course, is very difficult for Control Decks to deal with. You side it out vs. Combo:

4 Mox Opal
4 Chrome Mox
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Ancient Den (signed!)
4 Darksteel Citadel
1 Vault of Whispers
1 Academy Ruins
1 Karakas

4 Chalice of the Void
1 Cranial Plating
1 Batterskull
1 Sword of the Meek
1 Umezawa's Jitte
1 Sword of Fire and Ice

1 Ornithopter
2 Engineered Explosives
1 Expedition Map

4 Stoneforge Mystic
4 Thopter Foundry
4 Trinket Mage
4 True-Name Nemesis

4 Thoughtcast
4 Force of Will

This deck, of course, isn't typical Aggro Affinity. It's more controlling, with SFM and Chalice. It's got good long game in Thopter Foundry. It's got decent-good MUs vs Combo/Show and Tell, etc - Cranial, Chalice. It's got bad MUs to Deed (and Decay, Maelstrom Pulse). Also hard to deal with Reanimator, as they can Force your T1 Chalice and still Griselbrand next turn. Nerts.

So the heavy-hitters here are Chalice, Stoneforge, and potentially Confidant (sometimes Cranial if you have 4x with 4x Ornithopter) in that order. I've been running some version of this list with fair success, and have usually been running Force of Will, too. Note Force always stops a card, and Med Mage doesn't.

Other cards to consider - Lotus Petal - Allows the T1 plays, but heavy disadvantage. Especially if your SFM gets Forced. I'm doing Chrome Mox instead because it's important to have that mana available turn after turn.
-Trinket Mage - Great with Chalice, Engineered Explosives. EE hurts you a lot, though, so I've been trying to stay away from that.
-Phyrexian Walker - with Trinket Mage, Elesh Norn!!
-Leonin Arbiter - Could be in place of Confidant. Then the Vaults could be Darksteel Citadels, which would certainly help a bit. I'm of the opinion that Arbiter isn't always relevant, and plus it slows down your Stoneforges. But consolidating the manabase never hurts. (Sometimes the flash-equip on Cranial is relevant, though, and the black helps you play Foundry). I would probably replace Glimmervoids with 2 Tundras / Adarkar Wastes / Karakas at that point.
-Thalia - slows your own Cranials and Moxen. I've actually found opposing Thalias to be relevant against me, so I'd probably not want to play them. Thoughtcast would need 5 Artis to be U to cast.
-Spirit en-Dal - really good with Cranial and Batterskull. Allows things like Jitte to connect through Skirk Prospector and the soon-to-come True-Name Nemesis. I'd probably run it in a UW version in place of the Tezz.

Notes - you'll need around 16-18 cards to imprint to Chrome Mox. Thopter Foundry unfortunately doesn't. This list runs 20, so that should be kosher.
-This deck also runs Chrome Mox/ Chalice of the Void/ 12 Arti Lands / 1 Thopter 2 EE for Metalcraft. So with Mopal, that's 27 cards. It's all probability: sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't. I want to say about 60-65% you have Mopal, you can Metalcraft off it. Chalice is just soooo flexible in this build, it's unbelievable, and I'm sticking with it.
-Med Mage also stops Decay and Deed. Deed is the main reason I wanted to run Force. Again, Mage suits up much better than Force!
-The manabase isn't as great as Stone/Deathblade, because it's like running all basics. You can be weak to Wasteland some hands, which stinks. Sometimes you're not, with Mopal and/or Chrome. In any case, be very careful with the lands you leave open to being Wasted, as you generally want to hold back your Ancient Dens for SFM.

Oh, and the name is because I hate typical affinity. I wanted to run good creatures ;) So feel free to shoot comments my way. Thanks for looking!

And a UW build:

4 Mox Opal
4 Chrome Mox
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Ancient Den
4 Darksteel Citadel
2 Lotus Petal
2 Tundra
1 Karakas

4 Chalice of the Void
2 Cranial Plating
1 Batterskull
1 Sword of the Meek
1 Umezawa's Jitte

4 Ornithopter
4 Riddlesmith
4 Stoneforge Mystic
4 Thopter Foundry
2 Opposition

4 Thoughtcast
4 Force of Will

-I've played Riddlesmith in Balls of Steel, and it wasn't that bad. I dunno, though, no Frogmites and Myr Enforcers to blast through cards. But it's 2 Mana, which is where the mana curve starts, and it'll hopefully be my Ponder, basically.
-Also two Lotus Petals. They help with Metalcraft mostly, but with more W sources, it also helps T1 SFM and Chalice.
-Moxen + Darksteel Cit - It gives me the chance to run Armageddon in the board. I don't know when I'd bring it in, other than against control and mid-range. Anti-synergy with Thopter Combo, but it's just too spicy to pass up right now.
-Opposition - could be Med Mage or True-Name Nemesis. I think I like Thopter Foundry working with Opposition. I should have just enough U sources to support UU with Tundras and Petals added.
-Force - I always do much better with Force in this deck. I know it's a great card, but I can't explain why it's better than, let's say, Meddling Mage! I guess it's guaranteed to remove a threat/disruption (other than Decay) and tempo at the same time. The deck runs enough mana that you can usually hardcast it mid-late game, too.

I got 3rd-4th in a 30 man tourney for 4 Goyfs. I felt I could've done 2nd, but my deck petered out on me. The list:

4 Mox Opal
4 Chrome Mox
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Ancient Den
4 Darksteel Citadel
4 Tundra
1 Ancient Tomb

4 Chalice of the Void
2 Cranial Plating
1 Batterskull
1 Sword of the Meek
1 Umezawa's Jitte

4 Ornithopter
4 Trinket Mage
4 Stoneforge Mystic
4 Thopter Foundry
2 Opposition

4 Thoughtcast
4 Force of Will

SB: Mystery???

Round 1: Goblins. The guys was really nice, and helped me sleeve, so he got to see my deck - most of it. G1 he got Tinstreet on my Jitte and Vialed in a Tuk Tuk on my Batterskull, but I still managed with my Ornithopter to TD a Cranial and fly to victory in two turns. We were a little durdley G2, but I think I got Thopters all over him - again, Tin Street on Jitte. Still lucked out and got there.
Round 2: Elves. I lost this one despite the fact that I run CotV turn 1, and he couldn't find a Viridian Shaman for the life of him. But he still pumps dudes, gets multiple Cradles, and Craterhoofs both games FTW. Ouch.
Round 3: Blood Moon/ Werewolves. He was a nice guy, but I had Mopal against his T1 Blood Moon. Then SFM takes it both games. I got Thopter Combo G2 after Trinket Mage-ing for a Chrome to help cast the Thopter Foundry. Pretty sure.
Round 4: URW Delver. Chalice games 1 and 3 took it, and I'm pretty sure he took G2. G3 saw a Thopter equipped with Jitte + SOFI. He didn't run Wear/Tear in the SB because he didn't have it (oops!)
Round 5: Drew in.

Round 6: Guy I drew in with. He ran a Land Tax / Life from the Loam deck, similar in style to the old Countryside Crusher RBG Loam lists way back. Scroll Rack, other good synergy. I Chaliced him out and with my Moxen, let him get 1 activation off of Land Tax. G2 was a non-game, as he could find a White for all his white dudes.
Round 7: G1 was Chalice <- Force; Chalice again, Brainstorm, lose. G3 I just got a tonna lands, and he got a Delver and two Goyfs. 1 Daze and 2 Force for my three only spells.

My buddy was joking that I just like to troll people with bad decks (see Balls of Steel) but there might sorta be something here. The deck just needs a couple more bad Moxen to fix it, as the last 2 pieces of ramp are pretty crucial, and Tomb doesn't help with SFM. But yeah, it's definitely playable, just really hard when you mull down. I didn't do that a lot today, and I probably lost the two 6-handers that the deck gave me. I keep switching the Trinket Mages, so I should probably MD that Engineered Explosives again. Take out an O-thopter. And I'd probably cut a Tundra for Tomb #2. Never cast the two Oppositions, but I never had that many creatures on board, unless I was already winning with Thopter combo, so I think I'd either opt for True-Name Nemesis there, or possibly keep Tundra #4 and go Supreme Verdict to help against Gobbos and other decks that get outta control. I feel like I want another threat. I'll have to think about it.
And also I dodged BUG and a couple Deed decks. I should note that here, too.

EDIT: Another thing I hated was not being able to imprint extra Foundries onto Chrome Mox. I might make the 2 Foundries and 2 Opposition into Transmute Artifact x4.

OOF
Let me just preface this with - I played my friend, who's a really great Gobos player, and 5-0'd him. Due to a new creature.

Here's the list:

4 Mox Opal
4 Chrome Mox
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Ancient Den
4 Darksteel Citadel
4 Tundra

4 Chalice of the Void
3 Cranial Plating
1 Batterskull
1 Sword of the Meek
1 Umezawa's Jitte
1 Sword of Fire and Ice

4 Ornithopter
4 True-Name Nemesis
4 Stoneforge Mystic
4 Thopter Foundry
1 Trinket Mage

4 Thoughtcast
4 Force of Will

I really really liked TNN... like, a lot. He buys a lotta time to get Thopter Combo going, and of course, works well with Stoneforge. If you hadn't noticed that lately.
I think this is the one deck that abuses TNN the most, just because it runs all the usual equip that UW(x) decks run, and 3x Cranials in addition (I MD'ed the SoFI this time because of TNN). Maybe the 4th Cranial in the SB if I can find the room. Add to that the fact that you're often a turn faster due to Moxen, and you have a vicious deck to deal with. He definitely shores up the aggro MUs, which aren't really weak, just... could go either way. I beat out BUG Cascade last night probably 2/3 of the time or so. I think Med Mage belongs in the SB to swipe him out.

And of course, when your opponent wipes the board somehow, Thopter Combo builds your presence again. Which is just plain awesome. Energy Field appears to be the main weakness of the deck, which Trinket Mage + Eng Exp dealt with originally. But that's one deck, and I think it's somewhat on the wane from what I've seen. Not too many Miracles / RIP combo going on.

And that Trinket Mage is in there over the 4th Cranial for Chrome Mox / FoW pitching. 17's just above the 16 min, it works!

Hello! My friend just recently shipped me a Chalice/FoW list (that I think was at GP NJ) and here it is:

4 Chalice of the Void
4 Cranial Plating
2 Springleaf Drum
1 Sword of the Meek
2 Thopter Foundry
4 Baleful Strix
2 Etched Champion
2 Master of Etherium
4 Ornithopter
4 Vault Skirge
2 Stoneforge Mystic
4 Force of Will
4 Mox Opal
2 Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas
4 Thoughtcast
1 Ancient Den
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Vault of Whispers
3 Ancient Tomb
4 Glimmervoid
SB: 3 Ensnaring Bridge
SB: 1 Etched Champion
SB: 3 Ethersworn Canonist
SB: 2 Phyrexian Revoker
SB: 2 Rest in Peace
SB: 1 Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas
SB: 3 Whipflare

Taking a little hint from the manabase and dropping Chrome Mox, this is what I have right now:

4 Chalice of the Void
4 Cranial Plating
0 Springleaf Drum (-2)
2 Prophetic Prism (+2)
1 Sword of the Meek
4 Thopter Foundry (+2)
0 Baleful Strix (-4)
0 Etched Champion (-2)
4 Master of Etherium (+2)
4 Ornithopter
4 Vault Skirge
4 Stoneforge Mystic (+2)
4 Force of Will
4 Mox Opal
2 Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas
4 Thoughtcast
0 Ancient Den (-1)
4 Seat of the Synod
4 Vault of Whispers
4 Ancient Tomb (+1)
4 Glimmervoid

What I like about the deck: Chalice breaks fair decks in half, esp Delver decks. FoW is the key card here, though, as it keeps the unfair decks fair. I'd been working on a WBR version of affinity for a while, and while it was great, it takes me 12 slots against Show and Tell just to catch up. Force does that in 4, and if there were another counter I could run, I would. The two together, while it doesn't seem it, can shore up a lot of MUs. (And having lost to recurring Reclamation Sage, FoW will help out against the fair decks, even.)
Though with the manabase, I'm really not a fan of Glimmervoid, but Ancient Tomb + City of Brass doesn't seem like a combo. Nothing's perfect!
