So I have 4 of the five commander decks. The only one missing is of course the red blue black one with true name nemesis. No big deal since I have 4 true name nemesis but now I don't know if I should keep any of them. If I should, which ones or one. Any thoughts? Should I just sell them on eBay? I don't play commander although I guess it's an option a few people do play the format here but its more competitive then just precon level. Zur and 5-c are both around my area. I would have to invest. Talk to me.

If you don't play Commander, then sell them now while they're most valuable. WOTC is going to be reprinting them, so value will drop with each new batch entering the market.

To Ebay I go, then. Has anyone done a lot of looking? I'm just curious what they are going for and I can't get a good grasp on it. Probably just start bidding at MSRP?

Anybody had any luck at Walmart or Target? I've looked in a few, they show no signs of carrying them, and since they're distributor stocked, nobody there has any idea if they will be carrying them.

I found one at a Walmart in PA. I haven't seen any since.

The retail stores in my area were stripped the first day. One Target I spoke with said their supply was gone in 30 minutes. The large game stores sold out, maxed out on preorders. The small game stores that did have supply had it drastically marked up. One shop wanted $55 for one deck. Uhhh, no thanks. Things will be much calmer when the next round of supply is released. I feel like the majority of the rush was just profiteering, and obviously that won't be possible once supply catches up. If you need the cards now, look to eBay and shop for the best price. If you don't need the cards now, wait till more supply is released and then get it at that lower price.

I bought out my Walmart. Someone beat me to the grixis one but I grabbed the others. My gf works there so I even got a discount of 10 percent.

no one needs the cards now, there wasn't anything great that will have an impact in legacy. TNN is being sidelined in sideboards..... and i haven't seen that white card get any love yet.

True-Name Nemesis is a 3/1 split main in my fish deck, so it's not all on the sidelines.

My local places had no sign they ever had them, no UPC on the shelves for any of the product, not even a void where you could stock the stuff. So unless they stocked it, sold it, then rearranged the shelves to have no record it was ever sold, it doesn't add up.

There are at least a dozen MTG players at the local Walmart (myself included) that snatched them up early since our vendor came the day before the official release. Our local has them as well, but oddly enough the Grixis one is the only one not in stock.
