You mention more prizes "based on attendance". What are those levels? Amounts given back? How many needed for the Jace? etc, etc.

Pardon my ignorance, but does the use of proxies then make the tournament unsanctioned by default? I've never played in a proxy tournament, are the rules enforcement more or less the same?
