Magic (Legacy) in Mississippi / German Demand cards for the States

Hello everybody,

I registered myself on this page in order to find some players in MS preferably in Oxford, since I will stay there for 1 semester. Some might recognize my nickname, I'm dealing with MTG cards on MCM with the same nickname. But this is not the purpose of this thread.

In January I will stay in Oxford (MS) for 4 months and I'm looking for some Magic rounds, preferably Legacy/Vintage, for my freetime. Does anyone know any good locations to play some Magic?

I'm also thinking of taking some cards from my private collection with me to trade. Are there any cards which I should focus on, besides FBB Stuff, German Foils etc.?

Maybe I got luck and get some answers.

It's the partner university of my university in Germany. But it seems like this is a "strange" place for a magic veteran :(

mississippi is a strange place for a lot of things. Hope you find some people. With exception of atlanta it seems like the central states are not great for MTG.

We play Legacy (and Vintage) down here in Louisiana, but it seems that isn't anywhere near where you'll be in Mississippi...

Im very happy with my gf, so I can sadly fully focus on my studies it seems :(. I hoped for a small Legacy/Vintage community, but it looks like I have to search for a gamingstore to find some drafts atleast...
