Durr... I turn creatures sideways durr...

EDIT: Until Karametra link works, I should probably mention (for those who don't want to double check the spoiler) that she is a 3GW God with 6/7 body that needs 7 Selesnya devotion to go beatdown. More interestingly for EDH, she has "Whenever you cast a creature spell, search your library for a Forest or Plains card and put it onto the battlefield tapped."

I feel like you could actually use more cheap ramp dudes if your goal is to leverage your general to vomit out big monsters. Cards like Farhaven Elf suddenly become not bad when you're paying three mana for a 1/1 and an Explosive Vegetation.

Consider Restoration Angel. Abundance seems very good once your general is in play (or after turn five if she isn't).

I like BoP over any of the aura ramp stuff. Knight of the Reliquary is insane because it can fetch up Cradle so you can drop all the derps. It looks like you're not playing Craterhoof Behemoth, probably the king of derps. Herp derp.

I know your derps are big and your tank is fight but I feel like Elesh Norn is cromulent in such a deck. A 4-point stat swing even in EDH is nothing to sneeze at. Besides now you can swing with your 2/3 BoP right into some dickhead's Niv-Mizzet the Firemind and not. even. CARE.

Should play at least one Wrath effect probably? I hate leaving home without at least one blow up the outside. With Avacyn and Dauntless Escort and whatnot in your deck, should be nbd right?

Why you gotta cut Defense of the Heart though :(

LOL. I love Defense of the Heart in more creature-light ramp decks like Azusa. I figure it may not trigger if I'm shitting out mana dorks to ramp myself. But I guess it can't hurt, especially post-Wrath. If I'm gonna play a 1-of Wrath, it'll probably be Sunblast Angel so it's tutorable.

What do I cut though? So much good derp! Probably Thragtusk. He's underpowered, mostly there for his symbolic derpiness.

+Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite
+Sunblast Angel
+Defense of the Heart
+Adarkar Valkyrie
+Brutalizer Exarch

-Thragtusk
-Silklash Spider
-Acidic Slime
-Woodfall Primus
-Summoner's Pact (too easy to forget about it)

EDIT: Dauntless Escort + Wrath effects + Sun Titan attacking seems really really solid, but probably too techy for a derp deck. I might start doing that in Karador though...

Threaderp herpjack!

Ok, so starting with this post (http://www.mtgthesource.com/forums/showthread.php?28033-EDH-ideas-help-me-to-decide&p=820573&viewfull=1#post820573), these are my thoughts and trials-and-errors with Karametra.edh. Note that this is a low-budget deck and that I'm quite a vrigin speaking of non-60-cards decks.

Even though I'm staying away from competitititive EDH, I still got an idea and an experience to share... hopefully.
First of all, Karametra seems like quite a powerful general (at least stronger than Jasmine Boreal), she's definitely a funny one if not outright strong. I had some troubles with a herping-into-derping, as I play very few ramp dudes, mostly becasue the deck is meant to run over a cheap beers-and-chips pile that a friend of mine gots, so I want as many big dudes and sick stuff (Genesis Wave, GSZ, Wild Pair) as possible. Still, no matter how thrilled you're about e.g. Wild Pair, I think I may serve a few words.

First, the gating creatures (FF Panther and friends) are extremely funny, as they ramp and make some tricks. Big dudes are a-must, ofcourse, and the bigger the better... just stay away from those who are only good with Greater Good. (WSW, being a 15/15 that leaves three 5/5 smaller vermin on dying is big enough, yet it does nothing on itself.)
Also, the deck really needs to be optimized with the manacurve in mind and some kind of removal won't hurt, too. You don't wanna lose before your streamroller gets going...

Cards I liked:
gating dudes
stampeding dudes
etb dudes
Kara

Cards I disliked:
low-lander hands.
Seems like on really needs lands and that's about it. Once your deck starts rolling, it rolls and rolls all over what stands in its way.

I'd be less genrous with funny spells and simply went for the "59 dudes" plan. Around 36 lands should be enough, then design a curve starting on :wg: and ending on cca :7: or :8: (ok, it's :6::g::g: for the big elephant) with very few non-creature spells. I like Privileged Postion, as it defends our stuff similarly to Asceticism, yet it also happens to stop Any Stone Rain (and has one more devotion for Kara), I like the big "I win" spells like GenWave and Wild Pair (but WP is probably just not good enough), there should be some removal and I guess a Disenchant or two won't hurt, as Torpor Orb isn't funny. Fill the rest of the deck with the best GW dudes and you've got a recipe for success.

The new Elspeth, Sun's Champion also sounds fine with me for a deck like this + she has wrath effect...
